[VIDEO] Sina Fagbenro-Byron: Party Cross carpeting a result of Tinubu's approachable leadership style
Dr. Sina Fagbenro-Byron, a former presidential candidate under the KOWA party, a seasoned lawyer, politician, musician amongst other profile, bares his thoughts on the current political weather in Nigeria.
In this interview on the current affairs Program 'The Agenda' on Dominion broadcast, he attributes the recent wave of party cross carpeting to the approachable leadership style of the President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Tinubu 's approachable style and the intractable contradictions and weaknesses of their current parties is the main cause of defections and Cross carpeting.
He emphasized, that governors have not had a good time in the past, particularly in relationship with the leadership at the top due to party affiliation.
However, president Tinubu's ability to separate politics from development has endeared many to him. The president understands that after being elected, development requires cooperative efforts despite political party differences.
