[Video] "700bn naira to embalm a dead Porthacourt refinery, Buhari please reverse this looting scheme" - Dino Melaye blurts

 Dino Melaye is a Nigerian politician, a former Senator and was a member of the 8th Nigerian National Assembly, representing Kogi West Senatorial district. He is from Ayetoro Gbede in Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State.

In his usual boisterous manner, he has come out fiercely to criticize and condemn the corruption in the name of spending $1.5bn (#700bn) for renovating the Porthacourt refinery.  Dino Melaye says the refinery is not just moribund but dead.  Why would the government spend so much to embalm a dead refinery?
