Olubunmi Tunji Ojo - Humpty Dumpty has fallen again by Duke of Shomolu

In Command Secondary School Lagos, where I was trained, you never squealed. You keep your mouth shut and take the punishment like a man.  You would be called out on the assembly ground and given several lashes of koboko and you would take it all without mentioning the names of your accomplices who ran faster than you. 😂😂😂😂

It is very obvious that Mr Ojo never attended Command Secondary School in Ipaja; because if he had, the strong virtues of loyalty and es spirit de Corp would have been drummed into his big head such that he would not have needed to go on Channels TV, waiving a piece of paper and shouting - "I'm not there O."

I don't like people like Mr Ojo. Mr Ojo is a traitor and a man who would sell his mother for a pittance.

He did it on live TV, he sold his wife in his attempt to extricate himself from this growing scandal.

Unlike ugly Betty who has not said anything just yet, he went on air to say, "I have resigned since 2019. I am not a director, I do not know what is happening in the company but I am a shareholder".

As he spoke, his chubby cheeks bouncing  up and down like well made puff puff, I wondered what would be going through his wife's mind at that moment.

This was her husband pushing her under the bus. So he would be happy to watch the EFCC come for his wife and other 'directors' of his company simply because he has a CTC that says he has resigned.

I lost all respect for this man last night. He didn't come across as an intelligent man, but looked like the coward he is, as he tried so hard to extricate himself.

The fact that he remains a shareholder of the firm and an ultimate beneficiary of the lucre in the form of dividend clearly marks him out as an accomplice. The fact that his wife or others who share biological relationship with him still hold a stake in the company makes him culpable.

Did he even get good legal advice before he went on air. Did he even take his bath before jumping on that rostrum to embarrass himself like that?  Did he consider what ugly Betty would be going through? Did he reach out to her to say, "don't worry we are in this together? before he jumped on air to say-"I'm not there O."

Character is a strong quotient for leadership. In the Nigeria of today, we have given up on integrity in leadership but character is one that we were still hoping we could latch on to. This one has shown very clearly that he not only lacks integrity but also has never heard the word character talk less of loyalty which I am very sure he cannot even spell.

He wants us to believe that he was just hearing of the contract to his former company as a serving Minister for the very first time when the scandal broke. He wants us to believe that while on his matrimonial bed, he was not told of the contract and asked to put in a call to help fast track same. That is if he is not even the one who was the arrowhead?😂😂😂😂😂

My brother there are some things you should have just kept quiet about instead of running to the press to open your flanks like this.😓

My take is to ask for his immediate suspension and investigation if at all the Government is very serious about getting to the bottom of this.

Mr. Ojo, in my estimation, really has no more business in this administration and this is very sad because he started out quite well with the reforms he was carrying out in his ministry.

His was a Humpty Dumpty moment where all the kinsmen will not be able to put his big head together again.
