[Video] Is America's democracy under threat as Donald Trump refuses to concede?

On the 3rd of November, Americans trooped out in what has been referred to as a humongous voting in the history of the nation, to elect a new president and other public officials.  This year's massive voting is quite bedazzling and the turnout was unexpected.

In the historical records of America, once a presidential candidate crosses the 270 border line of the electoral college votes, the opposition candidate would concede and congratulate the winner.  This is the protocol laid down by founding fathers to ensure that America's democracy is neither threatened nor tainted with impurity.

The 2020 elections in America took a new shade as the incumbent, Donald Trump, refused to concede nor congratulate Joe Biden.  He alleged that the polls are fraught with irregularities and that he would legally challenge the results.  This singular act by Trump has quaked the very foundation on which America's democracy is built.

Van Jones is a lawyer and political commentator.  He exposes the loophole in the constitution that Trump may exploit to discredit the election results.  He also explained that the 'concession message' was a necessary protocol to maintain America's healthy democracy and that most candidates, for posterity sakes, simply ignore the hassles of querying the results once the supreme court declares an end to vote counting.
